This Unit is a support function for the entire members of the Department. The members of this Unit help in organizing the Human Capital of the department through the following sub-functions;
a) Human Resource Management; requiring to manage our membership programs, appraising members’ contributions and executing other Human Capital functions not excluding terminating memberships not found to be productive.
b) They further provide General Administration activities that include managing departmental meetings and keeping records of activities of the departments
c) They are equally responsible for keeping eyes on the Welfare of members and drawing everyone’s vigilance to where collective assistance is required.
